Terms

The short, fair version.

These terms cover this website and the waitlist. The app has its own terms when it ships. Nothing here is a trick, and nothing here needs a law degree.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves your place in line for TestFlight invites and launch news. It costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and you can leave at any time. It is not a purchase, a contract for the app, or a guarantee of an invite by a particular date. Invites go out in order as capacity opens.

What the site describes

Cratemint is pre-release software. Screens on this site are faithful recreations of the app, and the features described are the ones we are building, but details can change before launch. The published price (Pro at £34.99 a year or £3.99 a month, with a free tier that does real work) is the price we intend to launch at; if it changes before launch, the waitlist hears first.

The name and the work

The Cratemint name, mark, design, and the content of this site belong to us. The assets on the press page are the exception: those are licensed for editorial use, with or without credit. Record catalogue data comes from open sources, as the footer of every page says.

The legal floor

This site is provided as is, without warranties, and our liability in connection with it is limited to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
