This notice covers cratemint.com, the site you are reading. The short version: we collect a waitlist email and a platform answer, we use them to invite you, and nothing is tracked or sold.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store the email address you give us, the platform you pick (iPhone, Android, or other), the time you signed up, the campaign tags on the link you arrived from (when it carries them), and which page you signed up from. That is everything we hold.
There are no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies on this site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time) to run and secure the service, as every host does.
Why we collect it
The email is for one thing: TestFlight invites, in waitlist order, and occasional launch news. The platform answer steers a real decision, whether and when we build for Android. The campaign tags tell us which of our own links people arrive from. We process all of it on the basis of your consent, given when you press the button.
Where it lives, who sees it
This site is run by Wilson, a solo founder in the United Kingdom, who is the data controller for the information described here. Signups are stored with the infrastructure providers that run this site, who process data on our instructions and for no other purpose. We never sell personal data, never share it with advertisers, and never pass it to anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until launch invites are done, or until you ask off the list, whichever comes first. Every email we send includes a way out, and a direct ask works just as well. We act on it, with no forms in the way.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, at any time. Email us and a person replies. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO), though we would rather fix it first.
The app
The Cratemint app ships with its own privacy policy covering your collection data. The stance it inherits from day one: your shelf is private, you can export everything, and you can delete everything in one step.
Changes and contact
If this notice changes, the date below changes with it, and anything material goes to the waitlist directly. Questions: email us.
